The Appearance activity controls how your Yioop site looks: its name and motto, its colors, its logos, and any custom stylesheet rules. Change the fields you want and click Save to apply them.
Site Name is the name shown in the title bar and around the interface, and Site Motto is the short line shown beneath it on the landing page.
Background Color, Foreground Color, Top Bar Color, and Side Bar Color set the four colors the interface is drawn in. Offer Light/Dark Mode lets the site follow each visitor's own light or dark setting instead of a single fixed shade.
Large Logo, Medium Logo, and Small Logo are the images shown at different screen sizes, and Favicon is the small icon a browser shows in its tab. The site picks the logo that fits the width it is drawn at.
Use Wiki Public Main Page as Landing Page makes the site's public wiki Main page the page a visitor first sees, in place of the default search landing page.
Theme picks a built-in look. Below it you can give a stylesheet a Name and enter your own Stylesheet Rules to adjust the site's styling further; these are applied on top of the chosen theme.
If your Yioop instance answers on more than one domain, Customize Domain lets you set a separate appearance for each one. Reset Customizations returns the current domain's appearance to its defaults.
